The Cabinet is asked to note the following amendment to paragraph 5 (in strikethrough and italic): "The
indicated costs of introducing and running the e-procurement in the
Authority over the 3 year life of the project is estimated at A financial table which shows the estimated costs of the SAP revitalisation project in relation to the provision made in the Medium Term Financial Plan is attached at Annex 2 (download as .xls file). A chart showing projected SAP Revitalisation Programme Progress has also been circulated. 11. Stability of Placements for Children Looked After Scrutiny Review The
Children’s Services Scrutiny Committee on 12 July 2005 agreed the
report of the review group as submitted and referred it to the Cabinet
for consideration. On
12 July 2005, the Children’s Services Scrutiny Committee considered
a draft of the report now included at CA15 and asked the Cabinet to
send a copy of the original report of the review group to all schools
for comment and to ask all schools to let the Director for Learning
& Culture know whether they would find it helpful to have guidelines
as described in recommendation 2 of the report. On
9 June 2005, the Oxfordshire Joint Health Overview & Scrutiny
Committee considered the review and agreed to endorse and commend
