To review charges applicable across the various Council services and approve any variations in respect of discretionary charges

In the light of scrutiny committee comments on initial expenditure proposals, to consider draft budget and capital programme proposals for consultation with Corporate Governance Scrutiny Committee

To consider a draft strategy, including indicators relating to borrowing under the Prudential Guidelines, as a basis for seeking the advice of the Corporate Governance Scrutiny Committee

To consider a strategy and outline implementation plan for the rationalisation of the Council's property assets in the light of the further work specified at the 20 July 2004 meeting

To approve the Plan for 2005/08 for submission to DfES by 31 December 2004

To consider details of a 3 year programme to deliver systems infrastructure and procedural changes in line with Government and Service Provision Guidelines
