Terms of Reference

To oversee the continuing development and implementation of a shared vision and strategy for SEN in Oxfordshire.
To oversee and co-ordinate the work of different task groups working on particular aspects of SEN.
To monitor progress in achieving the outcomes for children in the SEN strategy.
To secure the active engagement of all parties in the development and implementation of the SEN strategy.
To ensure effective communication with partners about SEN issues.
