START YEAR: 2002/03

BASIS OF ESTIMATE: Detailed Cost Estimate – WS Atkins

  1. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
  2. This project allows for the replacement of a temporary building currently used for technology on the Upper School site. The building is beyond economic repair and represents the school’s highest priority in terms of replacement. An extension is being provided to the existing technology building to include a technology and prep room.

  3. JUSTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT OF NEED
  4. The funding will provide for a technology room and preparation room. The fitting out of the building will be provided separately through the school’s own resources.

  5. OTHER OPTIONS
  6. It has been agreed that some funding be made available to the school following the sale of land adjacent to the school site.

        3. Revenue
