This application is for a brick and tiled roof building for storage of sports equipment on the school’s remote playing fields. The building is set against a hedge on the edge of the fields and matches the design of the adjacent pavilion.

Didcot Town Council – no objection.

East Hagbourne Parish Council – no objection – have concerns about security.

County Archaeologist – no objections – requests archaeological informative.

The consultation period has not yet expired. Any further representations will be reported to the meeting.

This building raises no planning issues and I recommend approval.

Recommendation:

The Committee is RECOMMENDED subject to consideration of any objections received before the date of this meeting. To approve the application subject to the following conditions:

1. detailed compliance;
2. detailed duration limit – 5 years;
3. archaeological informative.
