To approve the minutes of the meetings held on 16 May 2017 (CC1) and to receive information arising from them.

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 21 March 2017 and 16 May 2017 were approved and signed subject to the revised list of those present at Annex 3 to the schedule of business and adding Councillor Judith Heathcoat to 3^rd paragraph of Minute 135/17.

The Minutes of the Meeting held on 21 March 2017 and 16 May 2017 were approved and signed subject to the revised list of those present at Annex 3 to the schedule of business and removing the text ‘failed’ from Minute 127/17 and adding Councillor Judith Heathcoat to 3^rd paragraph of Minute 135/17.
