Information about Thames Valley Police and Crime Panel Complaints Sub-Committee

The Complaints Sub-Committee deals with non-criminal complaints made against the Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner as prescribed in the “Police and Crime Panel Regulations - non-criminal complaints and misconduct”  and contained in the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2012.

 

The Complaints Sub-Committee is unable to re-open any complaint which relates to an issue of operational policing, or a complaint made against the Chief Constable or police officers and staff.
