Matters Arising

In relation to Question 5 of Annex 1 to the Minutes, Councillor Webber indicated that the Leader of the Council had not given a fair reflection of the truth when he had stated that HIF 1 Bid would cease if SODC did not have a local Plan.  In response the Leader stated that it had been an accurate statement at that time and that if SODC did not have a Local Plan in place by 15 October 2019 there could be doubt over the HIF 1 Funding.
