The Cabinet Member considered (CMDE8) the Oxfordshire Minerals and Waste Annual Monitoring Report 2013.

Mr Day advised that the plan formed a factual statement as at the end of March 2013. Publication had been delayed due to the need to prioritise work on the Draft Minerals and Waste Local Plan but it was hoped that the next monitoring report would be published in the autumn of 2014, although production of the Local Plan itself remained a priority.

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before him and the further considerations set out above the Cabinet Member confirmed his decision as follows:

(a)                     approve the Oxfordshire Minerals and Waste Annual Monitoring Report 2013 Annexed to the report CMDE8;

(b)                    authorise the Deputy Director for Environment & Economy (Strategy & Infrastructure Planning) to carry out any necessary final editing of the Minerals and Waste Annual Monitoring Report 2012 for publication on the County Council website.
