EXEMPT ITEM
Decision: that the public be excluded before consideration of the Annex since it is likely that if they were present during consideration of that item there would be disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) and specified in relation to the item in the Agenda and since it is considered that in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.

Officer Comments
Mr Tailby, Environment & Economy Team Leader (Property Management) reports that as a result of a review there is an increase of approximately £900,000 in estimated capital receipts from disposals within the Better Offices Programme based on Mouchel Parkman’s mid-point estimate.
Cabinet Member’s Comments
I am satisfied that the project is justified and suitable for operational reasons, that the capital and revenue situation is acceptable and that the overall impact on the business case is mitigated by the revenue estimates of capital receipts.
Decision
Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:
to approve Detailed Project Appraisal CMDF2.
