Minutes:

The Cabinet Member for Growth & Infrastructure considered amendments to the previously agreed Household Waste Recycling Centres - Operating, Access and Waste Acceptance Policy to reflect changes in the guidance produced by the Health and Safety Executive regarding the presentation of asbestos and the other to specify a change in guidance under the DIY 123 for Free scheme.  The report also sought authority for the Director for Environment & Economy in consultation with the Cabinet Member to agree minor textual changes and amendments for the purposes of clarification or to comply with changes in applicable legislation, guidance or policy.
