Application to Open a Foundation Stage Unit (FSU) (Nursery School) at Tower Hill Primary School, Witney

Application to Open a Foundation Stage Unit (FSU) (Nursery School) at Tower Hill Primary School, Witney

A copy is attached to the signed copy of this decision.

 

Ms Smith undertook to:

 

1.      ask Tower Hill Primary School to produce a development plan which would detail how the foundation stage unit would be funded and would confirm their agreement to provide the necessary funding; and

2.      request a copy of the School Governors’ minutes as evidence of discussion on this matter.

 

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

 

To agree to the publication of statutory notices to take this proposal forward to the next formal phase, subject to the Headteacher and Governors’ agreement to act on the advice of the advisory teacher and premises officers in relation to building adaptations needed and the employment of qualified staff.
