Decision
Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:
(a) the coordinated admission schemes for maintained schools (Appendices 1 and 2);
(b) the admission numbers for community and voluntary controlled schools (Appendices 3 and 4);
(c) the admission rules for community and voluntary controlled primary and infants’ schools (Appendix 5);
(d) the admission rules for community and voluntary controlled junior schools (Dunmore Junior, Faringdon Junior and Fir Tree Junior School) (Appendix 6);
(e) the admission rules for community and voluntary controlled secondary schools (Years 7 to 11) (Appendix 7);
(f) the admission policies and arrangements for Years 12 &13 in community and voluntary controlled schools (Appendix 8);
(g) the admission rules for boarding places at Burford School (Appendix 9);
(h) the proposed changes to the designated areas for RAF Benson School and Benson CE Primary School (Appendix 10); and
(i) the proposed designated areas for admission to Year 12 at Banbury School, Bicester Community College, and Burford School & Community College (Appendix 11).
