The Leader of the Council is RECOMMENDED to authorise variations to the Oxfordshire County Council (City of Oxford) (Donnington Area, Oxford) (Traffic Management) Consolidation Order 1997 to provide:
(a) “no waiting at any time” restrictions on the junctions of Arnold Road, Freelands Road, and Swinburne Road, with Donnington Bridge Road as advertised;
(b) additional “no waiting at any time” restriction in Swinburne Road to protect access to an off-street parking area, as described in this report.
