Summary of representations in person
Responding to comments from Councillor Smith Mr Barnes advised that he would let her have details regarding the background to schemes with red status, particularly those which appeared to have been delayed because of legal issues. With regard to scheme 10/06 he understood that this scheme had been given a lower priority following a review of the capital programme. With regard to Scheme 19/08 he advised that that particular scheme was subject to planning permission and listed building consent and it was expected to progress in February.
Decision
Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:
to note the report and progress on the schemes set out in CMDT3.
