Applications to Open New Nursery Classes in Burford and Charlton-on-Otmoor Primary Schools Ms Ellie Stacey (Headteacher – Burford Primary School) wishes to outline the educational benefits to children and how the proposal will extend choice to families in Burford. Ms Amy Nelson (Chair – Burford Pre-School) is no longer able to attend to address this meeting but wished to state her opposition to the proposal as in her view, it would not provide children with the best care possible. She opposes the take-up of three year olds as in her view there are not enough children in the Pre-School and it would shut them down. They are aiming for a partnership with the Primary School.
