Documentation considered:
A copy is attached to the signed copy of this decision. Cabinet Member’s Comments Councillor Waine welcomed the four classroom expansion of the Harriers Ground Primary School. The current school site was very run down, and although buildings met basic need they left a lot to be desired. The expansion would also remove temporary classrooms. He further welcomed positive joint working with Banbury Town Council to relieve traffic and parking problems in the areas. The funding would be met by the sale of Dashwood School buildings and site and from a foundation stage improvement grant, together with a significant amount from the school capital grant. Decision Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows: To approve detailed project appraisal ED654.
