Cabinet Member’s Comments

 

I note that no objections to formal consultation were received and welcome this proposal to open a Foundation Stage Unit for thirty-nine 3, 4 and 5 year old children.  There is currently a pre-school on site, but they support this application to transfer all administration and governance to the School.

 

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decisions on this matter as follows:

 

to agree to the publication of statutory notices to take this proposal forward to the next formal phase.
