Summary of representations in person

 

Councillor Fooks welcomed the establishment of the Chill Out fund and supported the application currently before the Cabinet Member.

 

Ruth Ashwell confirmed that the applicants would be required to provide a completion date for the project.

 

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me, the representations made to me and the further considerations set out above, I confirm my decision on this matter as follows:

 

to approve a revenue grant of £5,000 from the Chill Out Fund 2009/10 to the Azad Hill Football Club.
