I have asked the relevant officers to ensure that the quarterly staffing report to Cabinet (the ‘Establishment Review’) includes the reason for growth in the County ICT Services establishment. 

 

Decision

 

Having regard to the arguments and options set out in the documentation before me I confirm my decision on this matter as follows:

 

to approve the provision of ICT Services in collaboration between Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council.
