Officers have advised that it is appropriate to allow sufficient time to fully review and consider this information to ensure that all relevant matters are properly assessed before a decision is taken.

The Chair reflected on the significance of these proposals and noted that it was important that the decision-making process remains thorough, transparent, and robust. Deferring consideration would ensure that all relevant evidence and representations can be fully considered with the most complete information possible when the matter returns for determination.

The Chair thanked officers and deferred the recommendations as set out in the report to the next appropriate meeting.
