The West Oxfordshire Lowlands Movement and Place Plan (MAP Plan) is the third plan the council has prepared and developed in the MAP Plan Programme. It sets out key objectives for the areas of Witney, Carterton, Burford and surrounding villages, working collaboratively with local members, key stakeholders and the community to inform the submission version.
The Plan works towards the council supporting and delivering upon its Local Transport and Connectivity targets and delivering Policies 52 and 53 respectively which noted the aspiration to deliver localised movement and place plans.
