To seek approval of the extension of the
current Dynamic Approved Provider List (DAPL) for the Provision of Community
Primary Care Services from 1st April 2022 for a period of two years, with an
option to extend for a further two years, and to issue new Call-Off Contracts
for the three services within the DAPL for up to the same period.
