note the report
and approve the virement requests as set out in annex
2a;
(b)
approve the
creation of the New Dimensions reserve as set out in paragraph 43, and the
transfer to reserves set out in paragraphs 42 and 43;
(c)
note the schemes
released from the capital moratorium under the delegated authority of the Chief
Executive & Chief Finance Officer as set out in paragraph 71 to 73 and
Annex 7.
