The Cabinet Member asked what would happen after 2 years if she approved the recommendation and noted that the contract would then be subject to review.
APPROVED the contract extensions for the Detoxification
and Residential Rehabilitation Services for Adults with Problematic Substance Use-Dynamic
Approved Provider List (DAPL), provided by the providers appointed onto the
DAPL, for a period of 2 years as allowed for in the original contracts.
