The Cabinet Member
for Adult Social Care is RECOMMENDED to:
a) Agree to the extension of the Henley, Oxford, Witney, Didcot, Abingdon and Banbury (HOWDAB)2 Seeability supported living contract using 3 of the maximum 5-years available as part of the extension provision within the existing contract; and
b) Agree
to the extension of the HOWDAB2 Creative Support supported living contract
using 3 of the maximum 5-years available as part of the extension provision
within the existing contract.

RESOLVED to:
a)
Agree to the extension of the Henley,

Agree to the extension of the HOWDAB2
