The Cabinet
Member is RECOMMENDED to
delegate authority to the Corporate Director for Children’s Services, in
consultation with the Deputy Monitoring Officer and Head of Legal, to award
contracts to the value of the agreed budget following the completion of the
procurement process for the recommissioning of the Overnight Residential Short
Breaks for Disabled Children, to enable new contracts to be in place for 1st
April 2024.
