Cabinet is RECOMMENDED to note the contents of the report by the Local
Government and Social Care Ombudsman (LGO) as in Annex 1 and to endorse the actions
completed and undertaken in response by this council.

Minutes:
Cabinet
was invited to consider the findings of the Local Government and Social Care
Ombudsman’s (LGO) report which upheld a resident’s complaint against the
Council regarding alternative provision for her son.
Councillor
Liz Brighouse, Cabinet Member for Children, Education & Young People’s
Services, moved the recommendations and noted that the actions competed were
outlined in the report.
Councillor
Hannaby seconded the recommendations and they were
agreed.
RESOLVED
to note the contents of the report by the Local Government and Social Care
Ombudsman (LGO) as in Annex 1 and to endorse the actions completed and
undertaken in response by this council.
