The Cabinet Member for Highway Management AGREED to approve the proposed introduction of 20mph speed limits as advertised.

The report presented responses to a statutory consultation
on the proposed introduction of a 20mph speed limit along Oxford’s Binsey Lane
The Chair noted the high level of response to the
consultation and agreed with officer responses to the objections to this
scheme.
