The report
presents responses received to a statutory consultation to introduce a 40mph
speed limit and 50mph speed limit on the A361
in place of the existing national speed limit and also bus stop
clearways at new bus stops being provided in conjunction with the development
of adjacent land. Funding for the proposals has been provided by the developers
of adjacent land.

The Cabinet Member for Environment considered (CMDE13) responses received to a statutory consultation to introduce a 40mph speed limit and 50mph speed limit on the A361 in place of the existing national speed limit with bus stop clearways at new bus stops in conjunction with the development of adjacent land.
