The report presents responses received
to a statutory consultation to introduce a length of no waiting at any time
restriction at Warren Crescent in place of the existing permit holder only bays
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm due to the development of adjacent land put forward as a result of the
development of adjacent land for housing, which will require construction of
new accesses to the development.
The Cabinet Member for the Environment is RECOMMENDED to approve
proposed no waiting at any time restrictions in Warren
Crescent as advertised.
