The
report presents an objection and comments received in the course of a statutory
consultation on proposals to introduce waiting restrictions in Westlands Drive,
Oxford as part of the Northway and Marston Flood Alleviation scheme being delivered
by Oxford City Council.
The Cabinet Member for the Environment is RECOMMENDED to
approve the implementation of proposals as advertised.

The
Cabinet Member for Environment considered (CMDE6) an objection and comments
received in the course of a statutory consultation on proposals to introduce
waiting restrictions in Westlands Drive, Oxford as part of the Northway and
Marston Flood Alleviation scheme being delivered by Oxford City Council.
Recognising
that this proposal was part of a flood alleviation scheme and having regard to
the information in the report before him the Cabinet Member for Environment
confirmed his decision as follows:
