Purpose:
To consider proceeding on the
basis of revised proposals for the introduction of a CPZ in the area, to
exclude the Iffley Fields part of the zone.
Decision:
(a) not
to authorise the making of the Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford – Magdalen Road area) (Controlled Parking Zone and waiting
Restrictions) Order 20**;
(b) authorise
the Head of Transport to undertake further statutory consultation for the Magdalen
Road CPZ but on the basis of the
following separate areas:
(i) Area 1 - all properties to the north
west of Magdalen Road but excluding Magdalen Road
(ii) Area
2 - all properties to the south east of Magdalen Road
but including Magdalen Road
