The Chair noted that this was to formalise an existing 20mph speed limit on a new estate. Officers confirmed that it had been funded by the developer.
The Chair thanked officers and agreed to the recommendations in the report.
RESOLVED to:

Approve the formalisation of the existing
20mph speed limit within the ‘Bellway’ residential estate at the north-eastern
end of Cholsey, south of Wallingford Road, as advertised.
