As part of a section
278 agreement for a nearby development, there is a requirement to introduce a
toucan crossing and cycle facilities.
The Cabinet Member is
RECOMMENDED to:
Approve the following
measures on Copenhagen Drive in Abingdon, as advertised:
(a)
New
Toucan Crossing, to be located west of the roundabout junction of Wootton Road.
(b)
Conversion
of existing section of segregated foot & cycleway south of the proposed
Toucan Crossing to shared-use.
