ODAS is a key mechanism through which Oxfordshire County Council fulfils its statutory responsibilities under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 to provide support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse residing in safe accommodation, and forms an integral part of the county’s wider domestic abuse support system.
