Oxfordshire Domestic Abuse Service Recommissioning

Approval is sought to include the recommissioning of the Oxfordshire Domestic Abuse Service (ODAS) within the forward plan and to authorise development of the procurement strategy and subsequent procurement process. The current contract expires on 31 March 2028 and contains no extension options, requiring a new contract to be procured to ensure continuity of this critical service. ODAS is a key mechanism through which Oxfordshire County Council fulfils its statutory responsibilities under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 to provide support for victims and survivors of domestic abuse residing in safe accommodation, and forms an integral part of the county’s wider domestic abuse support system.
