This item is the Cabinet response to the Motion proposed by Councillor Lee Evans and approved by Council on 30 June 2026.

The Cabinet is RECOMMENDED to:

a)           Note the County Council’s role in the process of delivering Disabled Facilities Grants [DFG] in Oxfordshire including assessment, recommendations and referral to District Councils.

b)           Note that District Councils, as local housing authorities, are responsible for administering DFG applications, approving grants and arranging completion of works.

c)           Approve the response to the Motion to Full Council on 30 June 2026 as set out in this report.
