To seek approval for the Council to maintain a compliant, flexible and grant-funded commissioning route for the Holiday Activities and Food programme.

The Cabinet Member is RECOMMENDED to:

a.     Extend the Holiday Activities and Food Open Framework Agreement to 31 December 2029, using the existing extension option to extend the framework to 31 December 2028 and a variation to add a further 12 months;

b.     Update the specification and call-off process to reflect the  

                  Department for Education grant criteria changes from 

                  September 2026.
