Any county councillor may, by giving notice to the Proper Officer by 9 am two working days before the meeting, ask a question on any matter in respect of the Cabinet Member’s delegated powers.

 

The number of questions which may be asked by any councillor at any one meeting is limited to two (or one question with notice and a supplementary question at the meeting) and the time for questions will be limited to 30 minutes in total. To seek approval of a policy position that where land and buildings are provided through a section 106 agreement to mitigate the delivery of housing, specific school facilities shall only be available for community use where is solely upon the absolute discretion of the school governing body.

 

The Cabinet Member for Education & Cultural Services is RECOMMENDED to approve a policy position that where land and buildings are provided through a section 106 agreement to mitigate the delivery of housing, specific school facilities shall only be available for community use where access is solely upon the absolute discretion of the school governing body.
